Cancellation Policy
Appointments: All readings with Shane Smith are by appointment only. Sessions are conducted one-on-one. Shane takes as much time as needed to support each client fully. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for rescheduling. Refunds: Due to the time and energy involved in preparing for each session, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we will do our best to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
